“We were watching Will Studd Cheese Slices on TV, and that particular episode was of this lady in Ireland making cheese in this little tiny stone shed out the back of her house,” Ms Paynter laughed.
“Graeme said to me ‘oh I could do that’ and I just said ‘oh don’t be ridiculous’.
“He’d had a bottle of red wine and I thought ‘oh god he’s off’, and he said ‘no, really, I think that’s what we should do’.”
Ms Paynter realised her husband was serious when he drew up a business plan.
